Mark of Ziysan Discussion
« on: February 20, 2017, 09:18:14 PM »
Do we have any kind of hand gesture that's our version of the Sign of the Cross?   I'd like to propose that the Mark of Ziysan be as follows:

the right hand, with palm open, fingers pointing straight up, starts just above the heart on the collarbone and traces a crescent to (their) left around the heart, ending just  below it.

This would represent the followers of Zhell cradling faith in a crescent cocoon while letting the Gods and their wisdom into their heart through the open part of the crescent.

I'd like to hear other propositions for this type of worship gesture if anyone's interested. :)

...that sounds more Alissmaic, as they're based heavily on Islam.  And cocoons, because they're bugs. <.<

One of Ziysan's symbols is Infinity as he is also lord of time.  So a figure 8/infinity symbol would probably be more suitable
